Tandem jump description

01. 01. Instructions

After arriving at the airport and a short administration, the tandem pilot will give you a few minutes of instruction on the jump, put on the tandem harness and together you will practice the jump on the ground

02. Flight

In the plane you enjoy the views as the altitude gradually increases, the tandem pilot attaches you to him at the required altitude, checks everything and repeats the instructions for jump

03. Jump and free fall

At the exit altitude, when the plane reaches the airport, you move together to the door and jump out, a few seconds after the exit, the tandem pilot releases a drogue (breaking parachute), which brakes and stabilizes the fall, after aproximately 60 seconds of free fall, in 1500 meters, tandem pilot opens the parachute.

04. Parachute flight

During the approximately 5-minute flight on a parachute, you can try to steer it, you will fly to the landing place at the airport, the landing maneuver will be performed by a tandem pilot

After the jump you will be given a certificate of successful completion of the jump with your name

Why is a tandem jump safer than driving to the airport?

Skydiving is an adrenaline sport in which fear plays significant role. Nevertheless, free-falling to the ground and relying on a “few cords and fabrich” is not natural for people. However, significant advances in the technology used nowadays, training options and experience sharing have made jumping out of a plane safer than driving to the airport.
